Is the lion cub really that uncommon or just hard to trade for?

As far as I've seen, its not nearly as uncommon as the July lion last month,
but its 1 in every however many people got one, and only one.
So demand drives skyhigh because the people who got one, only got one
and it takes a lot more for them to want to get rid of that one pet that is possibly a rare.

Bah... First I miss the first lion and it wasn't that big of a deal. Would have made spectacular trade fodder. But then this one comes along that I actually LIKE! >.> Now its going to be impossible to get one. I cringe at the thought as to how much overpay I'd have to give. And seeing as I'm very low on old rares list pets, I think I might just take a screenshot and call it a day.

Hopefully the new store pets will cheer me up because I sure need it. I hope we get dogs or some new store pet besides horses.

I'm excited about this one as well! It makes me think of a brindle pattern. I think that would be goregous, though I have confidence this guy will be goregous no matter what.
