so some malls by me have stores and Kiosks selling coutnerfit toys. some are very "good" but lack copyright notices or any other maker marks. the'll still look like Winnie the Pooh and even say it on boxes. Well some don't the'll say "happy/silly bear"/
also they sell packaged superhero toys, some contain Spiderman, Goku, Zack Bell and an Ninja Turtle(I doubt it is legit as 4 different copyright holders own them)
some toys are musical and ment to be like a Disney character toy but play some kind of strange technopop. I don't think Lightning McQueen does that, nor a Winnie the Pooh or a Spiderman sports car.
"Disney Princess" dolls that look just like a barbie that come with the essential girly stuff and a sink.
Normaly these things come from street venders outside, flea markets, but two malls by me sell these types if your malls did what would you do?
if it is a problem, would you 'rat them out" and ruin someone' life and lividly hood? even if those toys are not regulated and therfore posslby worse than those toxic toys sold a while ago?
"The American dream, to sell counterfit, knock off and very bad knock off toys"
is it wrong in thinking "but the Real Disney Store and other stores will suffer!"
would you go "eh no biggie" and let it go on, even buy them, because the infringing toy is cooler, cheaper than the other?
or you didn't realise that thing in the car that said "Driving toy" in Disney font wasn't a real Micky Mouse?

would you buy toys that he featured, not because he covered these failed knock-offs but honesty buy them.
is it wrong to ask the managament? or rat them out if in fact they have a rule on selling only official merchandising
if you can't read good can you translate this into english for me?
