Sam tried to calm herself down. "That was a close one.." she muttered to herself, sighing. People shouldn't be so ignorant around these dragons.. if Knac was alone, who knows what would have happened to him.

The Neglected shook his head. "Not good, not good.." he thought frantically. "I'm going to have to speed up the pace. I'm sorry, Shine, that you aren't here to see the good parts, but.." He slipped away into his cave, grabbing an old, dusty large book and flipping pages. "I need to separate them as soon as I can."

I hope the Neglected doesn't know we're here, Anna thought, looking around.

Sam flew back to Anna. "Anna? You seem troubled."

[Mae;]

Knac walked, his back hunched, his eyes focused, he looked up at the GoN. "Im sorry." He said.

Anna sighed. "Do you think the Neglected knows we're here?" she asked, looking at Sam.

"For what?" scowled the GoN, his eyes narrowed, still not trusting those humans completely.

Sam tilted her head, scratching her head. "Most-likely.. yes," she said plainly, shuffling her feet. "I've heard the GoN and the Neglected are enemies.. and plus the Neglected could be tracking us down to figure out what to do with us."

[Mae;]

"Getting angry..." He said looking back at Anna.

"Oh, that. Just forget about it," grumbled the GoN. "I already forgave you."

Anna sighed. "Then he would know what we are doing," she said. "He would always know where we are. She looked at Sam, feeling a little nervous.

"Afraid so.." mumbled Sam. "I wish this was all over.."
