Dawnpaw chuckled. She flicked his ear with the tip of her soft, fluffy-tastic tail. "Race ya back to the center of the clearing?-" Her eyes widened, she stared behind Birchpaw, she began to tremble.

Birchpaw chuckled, and raced off.

"Ugh! I can't trick you!" Dawnpaw growled playfully as she raced after him.

Birchpaw laughed, and shot her a backwards glance. The moolight on her fur... Her soft eyes.. she was perfect.! He tripped over his own paws, and face planted into the soft earth. "Ow.." He laughed, tumbling over himself.

Dawnpaw laughed, and launched off of her paws, landing behind him. She walked infront of him, touching her nose briefly to his. "I'm gonna beat ya!" she mewed, turning around and racing off. She reache the middle of the clearing, which was only maybe 6 fox lengths away. She sat down, and began smoothing her chest fur with a couple of licks.

"Dawnpaw.!- look out-" Birchpaw tried to warn Dawnpaw, before he crashed straight into the light she-cat, fur fluffed. "Oh.. Uhh.. Sorry.." He felt his fur grow hot, as he was muzzle to muzzle with the Onyxclan apprentice. He heaved himself off her, gaze downcast, and paws shuffling.

Dawnpaw squealed as she was knocked off of her paws. "Hey!" she laughed. The young she-cat stood up, looking at Birchpaw. She sat beside him, looking into his eyes. "You're pretty cool," she meowed quietly, and awkwardly.

Inside, Birchpaw wanted to jump into the air, Keep it cool.. He urged himself, and nodded. "Thanks.." He mewed, and nodded his head. "You're pretty cool too.." He mewed, playfully cuffing her ear. His green eyes sparked with enthusiasm.

"Thanks!" Dawnpaw purred, her eyes glittered as she lightly nudged him with her paws.
