White Horse Riding Academy
Academy Rules(You may break these :D)- All students must be in their dorms by 10pm.
- You are only allowed to leave campus when you have no lessons. You must sign out when leaving campus.
- No being in other people's dorms after 9pm.
- No running in the halls.
- Bullying will not be tolerated.
- Listen to teachers.
- You must care for you horse properly. Anyone seen abusing an animal will be reported and you could face being sent home.
- Studding and mating is strictly against the rules! You will be sent home if you break this rule.
- Horses must be put in their stables every night and taken out every morning.
- You must feed your horse, give it fresh water when it needs it and keep the stable clean.
- Do not overwork any horse, if it looks tired let it rest.
- Any horse that posses a threat to any person or horse will be put into a quarantine stable and will not be allowed to participate in any lessons. You will be given a academy horse to ride and care for.

English and maths is a classroom lesson where you will be tort basic English and Maths. It is a requirement that every student does English and Maths.
Horse Care and Veterinary
Horse Care and Veterinary is a classroom lesson. You will be taught about how to correctly care for a horse and will be taught some veterinary care also.
Equestrian Management and Law
Equestrian Management is another classroom lesson, you will be taught the management side of horses. For example how to mange a stables, managing horse transport ect. You will also be taught about laws that relate to horses.
Behavior
This is normally a classroom lesson although you may be asked to go to the stables, you will be looking at horse behavior.
Training
This is when you train a horse to perform tricks, movements or to be more sociable.
Hacking/Trekking
Hacking/Trekking is when you will all go out riding your horse over the country side on a gentle stole however you may be asked to do some basic riding techniques.
Dressage
Dressage is a riding lesson. You will be performing a series of gates and movements.
Show Jumping
Show Jumping is when you will be riding your horse, you will be jumping a number of fences at different heights in the correct order.
Cross Country
Cross Country is when you will be riding a course set out in the country side, it will involve jumping naturalistic hurdles on different terrains and ground levels.
Racing
Racing is when all the horses start lined up then are all released one at a time, the aim is to gallop the course and aim to cross the finish line in first. It may include jumps.
Driving
Driving is when your horse is harnessed into a small cart (carriage) and will be timed to run a course or raced.
Western Riding
Western Riding is a number of many sports from barrel racing, mounted shooting (shoot targets on horseback), rodeo and more.
