The rarities are usually updated at the end of a month or the beginning of the next one. So in the next few days... :3

I believe it might take a little while longer for the event pets, though, since they were released in the middle of the month. I could be wrong, though.

I was thinking it might be sooner because they are full grown (mostly) and no longer adoptable.

Yeah, but if I remember correctly event pet usually take a little longer to get their rarities...again, I could very well be mistaken.
