So, where are the clutches of eggs posted?
Are the bred babies the same size as the parents or smaller?
How do you exactly do you get the wyrms?

How could one actually purchase a Wyrm? Like sending and stuff...

Well, they don't literally 'hatch' from eggs.
When you buy one, either in a clutch or as a bred-baby, you get your Wyrm, a datacard, and a little egg-charm which you can wear as a necklace, celphone charm, etc. so that you have a little token of your Wyrm you can take with you anywhere.

Normally, you would find a list of breedable Wyrms here: http://twilightdays.org/wyrmwiki/index.php/Main_Page
This is the registry of all the Wyrms in the game. Any Wyrm that has breedings can be bred.

The next breeding season is for Tea-Cup Wyrms (the smallest of the Wyrm Species), so any combination of Tea-Cup Wyrms and/or Mini-Wyrms to produce Tea-Cup babies can be done this Fall in September. Basically, you contact the owners of the Wyrms you want to be the parents, ask them if they are willing to breed their Wyrms together for you.

When you get the OK, you wait for the breeding season, and there will be a post on Deviantart/Furaffinity. You post up your request there, and then the two owners have to approve it. After it's approved, you send a deposit for your baby Wyrm. Then you wait, and when it's near being done, she'll ask for the remainder of the payment, and you get a baby Wyrm, egg charm, and card sent to you.

So, process if you do not own a Wyrm is:
1. Look through the registry and find parent Wyrms (male and female) you like.
2. Contact their owners (if you don't have Furaffinity or Deviantart, you can ask me to contact them for you).
3. Get approval for the breeding.
4. Wait for the breeding season post on Deviantart/Furaffinity.
5. Post your breeding request.
6. Wait for the owners of the parent Wyrms to approve the breeding.
7. Send the deposit.
8. Wait until she asks for the remainder of the payment.
9. Pay the rest with shipping.
10. Wyrm gets shipped out to you.

Clutches of eggs are usually posted on Deviantart and/or Furaffinity.
I don't expect there to be any clutches anytime soon, however. HMS is very busy with finishing the Summer Breeding Wyrms, and some commissions she took before Anthrocon, and she's starting prep work for FA: United in August, then she is Guest of Honor for Furfright in October. I know she's way /busy busy/ at the moment. She sometimes has leftovers from conventions, but there's no guarantee she'll have any leftover from the upcoming conventions.

Otherwise, your best bet is to look at the Fall Breeding Season to get a bred-baby.

Bred-babies are usually the size of the parents. In the case of two different sized parents, it can be either/or - either bred down to the smaller size or up to the larger of the two parents. There isn't a lot of reason to breed down, however, since the Tea-Cups have the least detail, so some of the neat features of a larger Wyrm wouldn't show on a smaller baby.

Wyrms are mailed out to you in a flat rate USPS box. They can be shipped internationally.
