Zebulon stirred from his sleep as rays of warm light flooded the alpha den. Firinne caught the light, sending streaks of green dancing around the walls of the den. Groggily raising his head, Zebulon slowly began uncurling himself, yawning as he tried to pry himself away from the grasp of sleep. He poked his head out of the den, squinting in the light. The sun was already up, he noted as he emerged fully from his den. Not that he was surprised, though. The summer months always brought longer days to the pack, as well as plenty of prey. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted Chaos slipping into his own den, after having kept watch over the camp last night. Padding over to a rock that was still slick with dew, Zebulon laid down and patiently waited for the other pack members to wake.
