Emerald nodded, smiling her thanks to Diamante. "I'll only ask if I need it." she replied, watching as she brushed and then started to braid Diana's hair. She'd never braided someone else's hair before, except her mother's before she died.

Diamante smiled back and finished with Diana's hair. "i'm done, Diana." she kissed Diana's head. Diana giggled. "thanks." Diana replied and looked over at Emerald. Altair sighed. "how loud was i?" Altair decided to just face the fact that he talks while he sleeps. Diana looks over and giggled. "our witness should tell you." she grinned, looking at Emerald. "right?" Diamante grinned and looked over at Altair, she would definately be surprised if he admits that he talks in his sleep.

Emerald smirked and held back a laugh. "The witness says you talk very loud. You almost shouted at one point." she said, giggling this time and holding back a yawn instead. She looked through a tiny hole in the wagon cover and saw that the sun was rising higher and higher. She guessed it to be around 8 or so in the morning, but already the sun was warming the land.

Altair lowered his eyes and sighed. "i did?" Desmond nudged him and chuckled. "there's nothing to be ashamed of. i like talking about butterflies too!" he laughed. Diana frowned. "that's mean, Desmond." she crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes. "you made him sad." Desmond looked over at Diana and grin. "i'm only playing around." Diana shook her head. "that's not nice, though. be nice and say you're sorry." Diamante smiled at the silly little girl. She knew that Diana was mocking her, Diamante began remembering the times she would nag at Diana like that.

A French aristocrat with a twinge for adventure, he is always making trouble for himself and others. But that his a side he only shows to those who defy him, normally he is a polite gentleman who will joke with you slightly.
Apart from that Nicolas keeps himself to himself, he never likes to reveal his family and the stories that run in his family as they are dark secrets.
He is a trained soldier who's skills run deep in French history and he is most feared when carrying his sword, crafted by top metal workers in Italy and inscripted with the motto of his family:

History:
Nicolas was brought up in Orléans, France, and was the second son and fourth child of Henry IV of France and his Italian queen Marie de' Medici.Nicolas Henri was born at the Palace of Fontainebleau on 16 April. He grew up under the reign of his father which was a dreadful time for the Peasents of Orléans, they were starved, jailed for little to nothing and he became feared in his own kingdom. But now it is Nicolas's time and he will prove the people wrong.

Arowin nodded and dismounted. "You be quick and if anything happens, you call me!" she said looking the Huntsman in the eye. She worried about him going back tot he camp, what if Finnick were to wake up and attack him. She thought about it for a seconds and then shook her head hiding a smirk. Finnick would get what was coming to him. He was far smaller and weaker, hell, he was even weaker than Arowin!

Frank sat upfront, guiding the horses along until they exited the wooded areas and were out into the rolling, grassy scenery that lead them towards the coast. He always sat a little lopsided, one arm resting against his leg, it had grown stiff over the years as it was his mace arm and the weight over the thing and the many movements he had to perform with it had almost broken his arm, but it never bothered him, just made him look crippled.

Meanwhile over seas in lush, warm and breezy countryside lay a large chateau, it's grounds covered in wealthy members of its household, large gardens and fountains placed everywhere and gravelled and paved courtyards surrounded the place. A nearby orange orchard housed workers who picked at the plants, removing only the best quality fruits and on the horizon a lone shape was moving at speed down towards the crowds. A figure on horseback, reckless and laughing, a crown atop his head. The pair came thundering down to the crowd below to cheers and applause, sliding to a halt on the gravel, the man leaping of his horse so enthusiastically that he may aswell have back flipped of the thing.
The figure then turned sharply on his heel and bowed, raising with a cheeky and boyish grin, Nicolas Henri was his name, eighteenth duke of Orleans and next in line to the French throne, but he never acted so. He partied, fornicated, drank and wrecked the rules of the great kingdom all for his pleasure, and his subjects loved him because of that.
As the dust settled the crowds began to meander through the grounds and the Duke himself jogged towards his large home, pushing open the doors and stepping into the cool rooms, grinning manically as he picked up an orange and sat on his 'throne', relaxing back and munching away at the sweetened fruit, blue eyes scanning his hall before he laughed heartily to himself.

Alstwin smiled and kissed Arrowin on the cheek. "Don't worry, I'll be fine. I'll only be a moment." He smiled again and trotted off into the forest back to his camp, trying to keep silent. When he got back to camp, Finnick was of course still asleep. No wonder the Hood had managed to escape him. He was always sleeping! Shaking his head, he picked up his axe and strapped it to his back before pulling a dagger out of his belt. He made his way over to Finnick's horse and stroked it's neck, soothing it before he slit the poor beasts throat. The horse fell dead to the floor with a thud and he wiped his dagger clean in the grass before sheathing it. He glanced at Finnick before mounting his own horse, frowning slightly. Now Finnick would be way behind and the rest of them should be able to get to France fine without worrying about him. Not feeling a trace of guilt, he rode back to Arrowin.
