4: dragonite lvl 85

6: meganium lvl 88

and my secondary team is...

1: quagsire lvl 88
2: dragonite lvl 85
3: tyrannitar lvl 86
4: salamence lvl 100
5: aggron lvl 81
6: giritina (origin form from arceus event) lvl 80

i trained them to these levels to totaly own red. his pikachu may be lvl 88 but my rotom is way stronger then it. and my starter pokemon combat his starter pokemon etc: fraligatr and charizard, meganium and blastiose, typlosion at venusaur. i havnt losed once to him. and since i got the game the day it came out thats how im so far into it.

Yes you can, and same thing in SoulSilver you can catch Ho-Oh :3
Although you have to get the Rainbow Wing/Silver Wing from a man in Pewter City, then I think you have to talk to the Kimono Girls again in Johto. I have the Rainbow Wing, but I haven't talked to the Kimono Girls yet.

I've almost gotten all the badges from Kanto. I've just been procrastinating on the game and instead have been doing schoolwork xD

Yes. I had to bring a lvl. 100 Garchomp my brother gave me (he's such a cheater ) When I'd rather have my lvl. 89 one that I trained myself. Trust me, Red is ridiculous to beat.
