i like how she dresses but not how she sings
the songs are too spacey
My opinion on Lady Gaga is this; and please, no one get offended! I think she is reasonably talented, her intentions are good (so I hear), and promoting the message that being different is okay is great. While trying to stand out in the musical community is fine, I am not so sure about the message of some of her songs and outfits advertise. Occasionally swearing I have no problem with (no getting away from that in this society!) but the idea of the majority of her songs is the same thing and (quite frankly) inappropriate, meaning just 'wrong' in most cases as well as in the sense that the lyrics and idea of the music are unnecessary and not the best thing to be hearing again and again. The clothing does nothing to contradict this, either, because I, as well as many people I know, see Lady Gaga's usual attire as indecent and brazen. The rhythms of her songs are, I agree, 'catchy,' but it makes me less inclined to listen to them when they have naughty messages.
However, I don't dislike Lady Gaga. Like I said, she is fairly talented and the message about being unique is fine. It's the clothing and lyric message I disagree with. I hear she is a really great person (supposedly there is an interview out that confirms this, though I admit I have never seen it) and I respect her for that.
