Mocho Pack ~~ a wolf pack ~~ accepting

Shard thought he heard a howl, but it was such a quiet one he ignored it. He went on through the woods. He saw a sudden rustle in the bush, he lowered himself down. He saw a grey figure climb onto the tree. A squirrel. He crept silently towards it but stepped on a twig and it snapped. Shard saw the squirrel dart up the tree, he leaped and caught it with his jaws just as it was going out of reach. It tore the meat off and ate it, he then left a few small bones and licked the blood off his paws and muzzle. He heard a wolf talking. He sneaked behind a tree and listened. It sounded like some kind of meeting.

Leeri nodded and started sniffing around, every once in awhile she would catch the scent but then lose it. She sighed frustratedly.

Telix frowned, he was being completely ignored. He walked up to the one who was talking "are you even listening?" he asked a bit annoyed.

Cinder growled slightly as another wolf walked up. She sat down and looked at him "you part of that pack to?" she asked him.

Mocho apologized to Telix. "I was just so distracted by the scent"

Caremel said "those not going to hunt the bear, stay with me."

Telix frowned, he was being completely ignored. He walked up to the one who was talking "are you even listening?" he asked a bit annoyed.

Cinder growled slightly as another wolf walked up. She sat down and looked at him "you part of that pack to?" she asked him.

Shard looked around to check she wasn't talking to anyone else. "No, i'm looking for one. I'm a loner..." he said, sitting down so he didn't look harmful.

telix nodded "can i come with you guys? i know im not part of this pack but i was wondering if i could join." he explained.

Cinder narrowed her eyes at him "then why dont you go ask?"

Mocho called back to Telix. "Of course! You can be part of this pack, just hurry! I think we're getting closer to the bear..."

"I only just got here, plus I don't just join any old pack, I need to check a few things first..." he replied, trailing off at the end part.

Leeri growled and then found the scent again, she yipped and started following the scent quickly.

Telix picked up his pace and followed the bears scent.

Cinder nodded to him and wondered why he trailed off but pushed the thought out of her mind. She stood back up and went back to seeing what the other wolves were doing, still watching him out of the corner of her eye.
