-Halloween
Halloween's red gaze turned from the scientist to the assistant, Kapre. He hadn't spoken to the strange creature; his questions had been directed at Dark Lightning. But he didn't really care, so long as Kapre knew what he was talking about. Which it seemed he did.
"Ah. Circuits?" Halloween had little idea what the scientists were creating beyond the instructions he had given outlining it. Whatever it was, it must be interesting, if it had circuits. "Alright. Fix it. And...toxic gas?" He frowned. It wasn't supposed to be toxic. He sighed. "Don't kill yourself." The canine muttered, then with a flick of his unhappy tail, he turned and left the lab.
-Coma
Coma laid one paw on top of the other on the table, then set his head on his paws. Guessing the Prince's motive for visiting might just be impossible. There were reasons beyond what he knew that could call for the royals to come. It could be something as simple as to say hello, or something as big as to try and dethrone Halloween. Not that Halloween was technically a king or anything, but he did have a throne. Coma figured he'd just have to keep thinking about it and seeing what he could figure out.
He lifted his head and jumped down from the chair, padding out of the planning room and towards the throne room. His claws clacked on the hard floor until he reached the black carpet that led to the huge chamber. Once there, Coma pulled himself into his throne, which was black, but looked like a can of maroon paint had been randomly spilt on it. There he curled up and stared into the darkness that enveloped most of the room.
-Crow
Crow flew over the forest, her wings hardly beating. She didn't have to fly far before coming to a spot she knew had something she needed. Folding her black wings slightly, she let herself fall towards the pointed, jagged tops of the trees. When she was close to them, she spread her wings once more and then more slowly made her way through the branches, to the ground. She landed on a tree, under which was a plant harboring deep purple berries. Pokeweed. Crow went down to the ground and tilted her head at the plant, examining it closely. "Still healthy, I see." She said, picking one of the berries off. She swallowed it, then picked a few more and placed them in her pouch. "These couldn't kill anyone, but make them quite sick instead." She muttered to herself, pleased.
