Reference(s): I don't really have a picture of them. If you could draw a light blue dragon with wings of ice would really help. I'm very open with how you want to draw him. His eyes are dark blue too.
Specific details/instructions?: He's a young dragon, (a 10 year old in human years) so try and make him a little less detailed and younger. It's a chibi, so I don't expect a lot of detail
