I believe this dragon used to be a R/VR, but changed recently. Also it's a retired lineart which makes it more valuable. A lot of people have this as their dreamie too. I hope this helped. ^^

the other answer is wrong as this dragon was never rare..but it is a highly desired line art, and has a very high demand. as far as I know, due to demand it's worth a early to mid '09 rare..but can go for more just like you're getting. :)

Spread the word to end the word, because discrimination based on perceived or actual IQ/"intelligence" is no better than discrimination based on race, gender, etc.
Using those words as insults means using people with perceived or actual low IQ/"intelligence" as a standard of badness. Please don't do that!

Context, consistency, and clear antecedents are golden.
