A medium sized pooch walked down a hallway to a fairly small room, where the floor was cracked with ferns and moss growing up from it. He was carrying a steak, or at least what was left of it. A few chunks of meat still stuck close to the bone. He'd managed to slip into a garbage can, where the lid wasn't fully on. He'd gotten his head in just far enough to knock it over, and pull the scrap out before the noise brought a human running at him. Then he ran, carrying his prize back to the abandoned hospital that he called home. So far he'd been lucky enough not to run into another dog... But as he wandered around he could smell them easily.

Sven was his name, and he figured he'd do a bit of exploring later. Possibly heading to the second floor where he hadn't yet been. Though for now, he laid down in a corner of the room, his body mostly hidden by plants, and started chewing on his meal. It wasn't much, but it was enough. Some days he'd go without anything, though he almost always managed to get at least one small scrap. Which, so far, proved to be enough to support his meager size. All he could do was chew off the bits of meat that he could, and hope no other dog came to steal his food away.

[Silent Soul]

(Uhh..recap... one of the dogs bit a human boy, and the humans chased the dogs around the complex. Ylava was shot at and when a bullet hit a tree/door jam, I cant remember, It split into pices and lodged into her shoulder. Falcon and Ylava hid in a room where Larka found them and Ylava and Larka go into a fight. Larka bit her shoulder, forcing the wood out of her shoulder, and then Larka walked away. Im not sure if there are anymore humans in the complex and Ylava, koidog, Falcon and Larka are the onlyone I've seen still being Rped. )





"No, forget packs Ylava. I dont want anyone else but you." He smilied akwardly for a moment. "Im not going to tell you its love at first sight, and I really feel like I rushed things..I mean..I've only known you for a day." He took a deep breathe and swallowed. "Maybe I should wait.." he said quietly and bathed her face just a little more. He was silent, determoned to keep his lips zipped until he was sure it was the right time. " I'll tell you tomarrow morning, ok?"

Ylava looked at him surprised. She then relized what he was talking about. "Oh. It's ok Falcon." She blushed a little and smiled. She began to relaxe. "We better leave before she comes back. We don't need more trouble." She was reluctant to pull away but she didn't want to fight again. She didn't want to tell Falcon but she liked him too. She was to shy to tell anyone that.

Now fearing he had made things awkward with his new friend, a little twinge of sadness jolted through him. "Alright Ylava, lets go." He said quietly, and smiled, to cover up how he was really feeling. He tried not to let it get to him, and cleared his mind, but the thoughts came rushing back. How could it be that he had fallen in love, when he wasn’t even looking for a mate? He was young and was having to much fun to settle down. Maybe we should just stay friends, he thought, and make it easier on everyone. How could he keep himself from this? So much to think about..and unfortunately, Falcon was not be the best in the world at thinking.

Ylava hoped she hadn't made Falcon awckward by pulling away. She didn't think the humans were around anymore so she pushed her way out the door. She turned back to Falcon and licked his cheek. She realy did like him. He was sweet and caring. She liked that. She had never seen that in other strays. She blushed again. "We better head downstairs. Which stairway did you take."

Olav, sitting poised underneath the bottom of one of the stairs, hidden as he watched the light trickling through the windows. The smell of musty abandonment, old food and the many other dogs filled his nose. He was bored and would do anything for some human things, thing was he had to wait until night to steal. Groaning in annoyance he rolled over as his head stuck out for under the stairwell, his eyes looking around for something to do.

"Uhh..stairs.." For the life of him! He'd forgotten how he'd even got up here. "Um..I'm not sure. Do you know how to get down?" Falcon had forgotten about how he hardly got anything to eat earlier and wanted more food badly. "Lets go down stairs...and maybe someone will have something to eat." He licked his lips and stepped out into the hall way. He did some circles looking for a flight of stairs.

Ylava smiled. "Lucky for you, you have a friend who knows her way around." she jumped up and playfully and nipped at him. She padded carefully down the hall looking through the doors. She finnaly came to the stairs that she was sure Falcon had used. "Is this it." She looked back at him and smiled happily. "This place is like a maze." She stiffened and sniffed the air again but the smell was gone so she shrugged it off.

What was left of Falcons tail wagged as he fallowed Ylava, his usual smilie plastered on his face. As she stopped, he kept walking, until he was half way down the stairs. "Come on silly, let's go." He hadn't really noticed his friend stiffen. As he climbed back up the stairs, he passed her and turned around. "Lets have a race! The last one is a rotten egg!!" he grinned so they stood side by side. "Or, or! Winner picks what we have for dinner!!
