Sam smiled and pulled out a carrot from her pocket. She holds it out in her hand.

Lotus sighed and walked out of the barn, feeding the horses as she did every moreing. "Hey Sam if your not going for a ride why don't you put Zephyr up." she called feeding Rain and Blood as she smiled and patted the heads as she feed them before walking out.

Legend smiled and nuzzled the mare looking around, "I am sorry but if she is around the humans could come look for her and she would lead them right to us." he told her as the sun rose over the land. He sighed and perked his ears p looking around as he did.

Rain snorted and smiled as Lotus patted her, before putting in her grain and hay. She whinnied happily and started to eat the grain first like most horses did. She then finished it off, slowly eating the hay so there would be some around later for her.

Daybreak

"Why would I want to have something strapped around my head?" I snorted. I sniffed the carrot and used my lips to grab it before chewing it up.

"I think I'll go with Zephyr and check out the ring" Sam said, leading Zephyr out of the pasture to an open stall. "I might want to practice some jumps"

{do the students get tested for their level and we REALLY need more than one student...lol}

Zelda bobbed her head. "I understand"

Zephyr nickered back, "It isnt uncomfortable" and then follows Sam willingly. "See you!"

{ We do and if no one make one soon, I can so Sam has another student. Also not really this is more about learning about the wild horses and they are tested on how well they trained them and they are catching them later, but not all. }
Lotus nodded, "That sounds good it will help to relaxe her a bit if she works around different places." she called and put up the extra feed, but gave Daybreak a bit of hay. She know not to give the mare grain because she was not staying and she would most likely be let out today.

I neighed to Sam when she left, and stayed where I was as I was given some hay. I nibbled on a couple pieces, and then turned away.

Sam tacks up Zephyr and mounts up. She praises Zephyr and the two trot into the ring. The jumps were set at about 2 foot to 3 foot and Sam warms Zephyr up by doing light groundwork.

Zephyr listens to Sam attentive and basks in her praise. Today wasn't one of those days where she would show her who is boss. Today, Zephyr would listen carefully.
