the pokemon league is so hard to beat i got to lance and all my pokemon fainted they were on levels 45-50

Mine were in the 50's and 60's

its really hard to train higher leveled pokemon because the only place you have to train is in the grass and mountains and those pokemon are on levels 30-40 by the pokemon league

You could trade them over to your other pokemon DS games (if you have them) and train them there. The Survival Area is really good for training. ^^

I traded all mine over. I made it through with a team of levels between 50 and 100.
