yes I saw that but I'm sure the event was set up that way. usually there is a post on the home page..have not seen one..thought it was odd

i agree there are usually several posts on the front page when the end of an event is near, they don't usually keep us in suspense.

Yeah, it is unusual that there wasn't more notice of the event ending. Just little reminders here and there. But remember too, Nick and Tess are getting older. I'm sure there are real life responsibilities and obligations that send a lot of their previous CS time in other directions.

I'm still missing the black seahorse, pearl bracelet and of course the only plushie I get from the ring toss is one I have
Unfortunately I go to work fairly early in the day with no internet access period and will be working until after the tokens go down and while it may be possible to try and trade for what I need (including the banner leis) it will be a pain as well.
Ah well, I really like those lei sets though

I just got one Pirate Set, because the Treasure won't give me Gold or Silver Items, I know I have the most double, but I don't want to loose the "Single" ones. ;p

I really like these event pets, but I already have so many extras that I fear they will be worth nothing. :u

I feel somewhat accomplished ^^. I got the Rainbow/Sunset Lei last night at 12:58am, and a Black Seahorse before or after that :3. I must find the Pink and Orange Lei set somehow, the Purple and Blue one is also very pretty~. I got the Red and Green/Yellow sets from the shops. I love all the surprises CS has given us for this event!

I love these pets: since these are the first growable pets I am guessing there will be a rare outcome. With everybody distracted with the hanna lu lu sets I might have a chance..
