Seth smiled softly and put his arm around her, "What do you wanna know?"

Joey immediately became annoyed at hearing that and pulled back lightly, "Well go on and deal with it- She's better then all of you fangirls put together." He snorted. "No one asked you to hang around me and to be honest- I hate it! Get a life!" He stated in annoyance, glaring at the girls.

Lily smiled and shrugged. "Something about you that I don't know. Or...tell me about when we first became friends; I like that story."

The girls gasped, and some glared at him. However, most glared at Harper.
"She doesn't deserve you, Joey!" one shouted.
"Yeah right, she looks stupid!"

Harper literally bit her tongue, getting a painful feeling in her chest every time an insult was yelled out.

Seth chuckled softly and shrugged faintly. It included bringing August back up and he really didn't want to reopen old wounds. "You sure you wanna here that one?" He answered, kissing her cheek.

Joey glanced over at Harper and frowned, sighing and seeing that even if he insulted the girls around him there was no getting rid of them. "C'mon, Harper, let's go." He mumbled softly, gently keeping his arm around her before immediately stalking out of the crowd of girls, annoyed.

Lily exhaled softly and nodded. "Yeah." She knew why he was hesitating, but her wounds had healed; she'd accepted it. The only things she had now were memories of August, so she needed to relive them as often as possible.

"No, stop," Harper said softly, taking his arm and pulling him back. She turned to the girls. "Joey is my boyfriend. I'm sorry for any of you that can't accept that, and I'm sorry that you don't think I'm suitable for him. I know, I get it; he's cute, smart, witty, overall amazing. But I love him, and he loves me. If you're truly one of Joey's fans, then back off and let him live his life."

Seth smiled softly and nodded, lightly playing with a piece of Lily's hair, "Well, of course, August was a year older then us and dragged me around wherever she went. Apparently I was her adopted little brother, as she liked to call it." He chuckled, rolling his eyes. "I didn't mind the idea. But anyways, as you remember, we were at school and she was dragging you over, babbling on about something," He mused, pausing to see if she had anything to say.

Joey blinked in slightly surprise though that immediately melted into affection and love for Harper. He smiled softly and gently squeezed her hand, relief rushing through him as he prayed they would all back off for once.

Lily smiled and leaned against him as he spoke. "Yeah, she was talking about how great her adopted little brother was." She chuckled softly.

The fans all stared at Harper in surprise, but then a few called out, "Yeah!" Harper smiled slightly and held Joey's hand.

Seth chuckled softly, "Surprising," He mumbled sarcastically, "So, I was off being myself and messing with one of my friends when August butted in, going on and on about how great her little sister was and how I just had to meet her. Lucky she introduced us, huh Lils?"

Joey blinked in slight surprise and looked back over at Harper before smiling lovingly and gently kissing her cheek, "I love you." He mumbled in relief.

Lily smiled softly as she remembered the entire story. "And I remember how cute you looked with your little parted and gelled hair, with the pants that came over your belly button." She laughed quietly.

Harper looked over at him and smiled adoringly. "I love you too Joey."

Seth grimaced faintly and ran a hand mindlessly through his now, more shaggy, black hair. "Haha. Funny." He mumbled in amusement.

Joey smiled softly and sighed, "Wanna head back to the house or just walk? I don't care."

Lily laughed and kissed his cheek. "You're still adorable."

"Let's take a walk. I think we'll fine in this District from now on." Harper smiled softly and squeezed his hand again.
