History: (Exract from Dragon Dreams by Ariya Gun)Chapter 3
HopelessI woke suddenly as a shivering serge shifted trough my mind and shattered it into tiny fragments. Then a thundering voice intruded my helpless struggles to put my mind-defences back together as I silently wriggled in my bed.
Calm yourself. I am not here to harm you, I am here to help you. When you hear my fourth roar, you shall become what I am now; a dragon...There was silence as I lay still until finally, the moment came...
ROAR!!!His voice boomed and echoed through my tense body, light started to flood in through my eyelids and I felt myself transforming! I knew then that
he was the ivory dragon!
I opened my eyes...
I was surrounded by beautiful flowers and a vast expanse of other greenery and scurrying animals. Beside me was the ivory dragon!
A- Are you J-Jack? I stuttered unexpectedly.
Yes. Came a more calm voice. He nudged me softly. You are now a dragon. You will stay here in FalaSpyre and know me as your brother.I gaped. He couldn't have been my brother! Why didn't my parents or sister tell me of him?! -He knew what I had thought...
Because I was taken away from our mothers thoughts and was transferred to the sky. Deep within, I was born there, before I was born as a human... But that was 1000 years ago...Impossible! I said to myself.
No. Not impossible, but supernatural. I have watched over you since I learned you were my little sis-Just then, a ruby-red dragon stumbled idiotically towards me and Jack. I searched in his giant, gleaming eyes for an explanation,
You should know this dragon as a pesron... No?★★★
Yes- How would I know this person when you had millions of people terrorising me?! Calmly, he replied:
No, not one of my... Group,
but your friend; Ruby."NO WAY!" I was delighted, I rushed up to her and wrapped my neck around hers tightly.
"Are? Is that you?" she excitedly whispered.
"What do you think, Ruby?! Ha ha ha!" We joked around for the rest of the day in FalaSpyre and tried out our abilities, mostly getting in trouble for it, until Jack came and took us in to his nest where he had prepared two moss-covered basket like things on the ground.
We slept heavily-and again-I dreamt...
Mother! She collapsed in shock. I was still a dragon to them.
Ariya?! Is that you?
Father...!Chapter 4
An Unexpected AllyNo! Mother- Father- Wait!Knock knock knock!I jolted my head and found my it as stiff and straight as a stick. I
was a dragon. Someone had knocked on the entryway to our home. I scrambled up from next to Ruby and cautiously edged towards the door. I snapped it open... a small, green dragon stood at my paws.
He was my size and was emerald green all over, apart from his chest. It was more of a creamy green. He had horns as tiny stubs, the same colour as his chest. His talons were also the creamy colour of this chest and horns. But his eyes; intriguing as they were. They seemed to gleam with a wet sadness, but beamed with fantastical colours. His eyes also told a bit about him; a worn life of nothing but misery and...
torture.
I felt a hint of affection for him just then. I was about to ask him what he wanted when he turned his sullen eyes boring into mine. I was paralysed, his gaze un-formidable.
I am Sirru. Aruna, come.I growled at him, he had used my real name, which scared me. He was trying to seduce me to following him. Jack had told me and Ruby about our real names and other peoples'.
Please come...Pausing in thought, I studied him once again, before drooping my head and shuffling over to him.
We shared many a memory, mostly him though, and I soon came to like Sirru in the very short time. He taught me a lot of special knowledge. But most of all, he told me his
real name! Sirrulen...
