Poisonfang growled, "Leave my grandson where he is!" She hissed at Shallowmoon, still curled around the young cat.

Shallowmoon set him down gently. "Sa-sorry. I just wanted to see if he was ok."

Poisonfang curled protectively around the kit, "He needs to rest and I don't want him distrubed again!" she snapped, not feeling herself.

"Well...i'm the medicine cat, so i was seeing if he was ok! Why do you have to be so rude when someone's trying to help?!" Shallowmoon snapped, stalking back to her den.

"Don't you yell at an elder!" Poisonfang roared back.

Shallowmoon ignored her and stalked back into her den.
