I think historical writing requires people to actually enjoy history to some degree. xD

well, like, even with some of the soldiers hitler employed ... like the brown shirts, for example? they weren't from the most prosperous of backgrounds, but hitler hired them and gave them something to follow, right? in general, the did support Nazism, but it does make sense, since they're some of the people that were on the wrong side of Germany's Great Depression post-WWI. why wouldn't they be quick to put faith in an ideology that would promise them greatness? of course, hitler later dropped them like "whatever". literally, he was like "you're no longer needed", and they were back to square one.

Lol, to be truthful I'll probably end up not writing it anyways. I have way too many ideas already floating around my documents and my head <3 Though it would be an intriguing story to read, if done right.

I personally don't want to just because 1.) Unless the person writing knows 1D personally, they have no idea how the characters act, and 2.) I just don't like band fanfictions anyways. So that's a no from me.

Sorry I haven't responded for pages^^ I've been catching up on things in role plays and trying to get a 1x1 going, but I took the stupid way and am still trying to finish the territories. I call it 'the stupid way' because I already know that it's a ton of writing when I start it and I'll have to keep completely devoted throughout writing the entire thing... so I'm trying. XP I'm better at characters and action then scenery and pictures, though... I guess that's why I love realistic fiction or books like the Hunger games.

Sorry, but I'm with them on the one direction fan fiction. I don't love them, but I also don't judge them, because as Kartharon said, we really don't know them in real life... they could be exactly the opposite off-camera then they are on-screen, or they could truly be good guys- I don't know. I not really into fan fictions written about people who actually exist- I might start to read them, but then I find myself leaving it. Fan-fictions, for me, are best written about something that can have alternative outcomes, names, and everything can be completely changed to match what you imagined to be your situation- such as warriors. As anybody could see by just going to Share Your Writing, it's a very popular topic because it's so easy to twist and turn just right. When I can't think of anything else to do, I often use a writing pad and do a warriors fan fiction because to me it's good practice with writing skills.

But our opinion doesn't matter; A lot of us here seem to like the apocalyptic, more 'setting in the war' books, and I'm sure any fan-fiction of one direction wouldn't include any of that- there are tons of one direction fans out there on CS, so that means if your book is written in the right way, you'll get readers- but 'the right way' is very hard to do when you're writing about somebody who really exists and that you don't know. Unfortunately, I've never tried it, so I wouldn't know how to do it. Take it this way; that topic is less-likely to get views than something that is your own idea.

I'll read it, Snowie^^! I'm always open to criticize.
