Ooh Romance x3
// Walks into chat
I don't really get into relationships so I guess I wouldn't know .3.
But I guess the guy should make the first approach..
And it should be simple and sweet
Like chocolate soft serve ice cream C:
Perhaps someday the revelation will burst in upon me and I will see
the other side of this monumental grotesque joke. And then I’ll laugh.
And then I’ll know what life is.

It depends on the characters. I write good romance scenes, I guess, so my advice is to base the scene off your characters' personalities. If they're fiery and hot-headed, then make it rough and out of control. If they're generally nice or whatever, make it soft and sweet, hesitant almost. Shoot, playfulness is good to have too. Romantic scenes aren't that hard if you know your characters and how they generally are around each other. Or you can switch it up. If they're hot-headed normally, make their romantic scenes gentle. Or it can be the other way around ^^

Make it realistic, I guess. Have him stutter slightly, or pop his ankle while going down on one knee? I would just try to make it realistic [yes. I realize I've mentioned this.] Is your story in first person?

Hmmm... romance? :D
Oi, just describe the feelings of their lips against each others' and stuff. things to include:

- heartbeat
- body temperature
- feeling
- arms
- how it feels to escape from the apocalypse

etc. :3

Lol guys, my romance scenes suck because I've never gotten that experience. I'm super annoyed that I've never fallen on love before because now I can't write convincing romance moments. Just the cheesy teen ones. >>
And yes. That's the only reason I want to fall in love. Lol.

I would say to go along with the character's history -- how were they brought up? What sort of conception of love do they have from past experiences with family and friends? -- and then off of personality. Clearly, if parents were separated over a painful divorce, the character probably will think of love a certain way because of that, especially of something g similar seemed to happen and if they were young and inexperienced at that time.

Excuse typos. On my phone.
