I see her as my familiar and every day I'm scared that she will just up and die. Every day I pet her in her cage, just to make sure she is alive. I love her a lot. And I have only owned her since the beginning of the year. Sure, hasn't been extremely long, but if I lost her, I think I would go into a deep depression.

More than just a pet. Phoenix is my baby, my familiar. Two days ago.. she got out of her cage and now we can not find her. We've searched everywhere and people are telling me things that I really do not want to hear. I want to have hope. I don't want to hear that I'm never going to see her again. I'm trying not to give up.. But it's hard with so much negativity. She's a snake. They're tricky.. That's what I keep telling myself. I will see her again, I think, in a few days, I'll get up and she'll be there laying in the room or I'll pick somthing up and she'll just be laying there.

I know it's sloppy but it was actually really hurtful to do..

;-; i know hamsters arent snakes but i use to have hamsters and they would escape alll the time.. i dont know if itll help but here are the places they hid in: Large shoes.. under my bed... in stuff anything they can fit into... sometimes they even went into my brothers room

We're kinda just waiting for her to come out when she gets hungry now.. she can stay in one place for weeks. But hopefully she will be smart and come out.

P.S. I'm terrified of rodents xD
