I've been on CS for one and a half years and have hardly any actual friends here. The only person here who I'm close to is my sister.

Dad keeps getting angry at me when I go on Chicken Smoothie, for not doing something non-computer related. Then when I actually do something non-computer related, (playing chess, hangman, pictionary etc. with my lil bro) he gets angry at me for not socializing and talking with my friends. Then I get on Skype, MSN and the PMs part of CS and start chatting to my friends, and he gets angry at me AGAIN for going on the computer. Whenever I try to tell him that he's getting on my nerves a bit and he should make up his mind on what he wants me to do, he just gets even angrier and yells at me some more. t's really making me feel sad and unwanted by him, and I kinda wish he would lay off a bit, but the last 5 times I told him to leave me alone he just yelled at me and told me not to tell him how to be a parent, because "I have been alive a lot longer than you have, and in case you didn't know, I washed STUPID off my forehead this morning" (the last part meaning he's not stupid). Mum has been doing the same thing, and I really wish they would just back off a little bit coz they are really making me sad. When I am in bed at night I hear them talking in the kitchen about how immature and naughty I am being, and I really don't like them talking about me behind my back, but the last time I told them I didn't like it they just yelled at me and confiscated my computer. They never really listen to what I want to say, and they just make up an excuse as to why they are doing it. Any advice? If any of my friends (you know who you are) read this please don't tell my parents I said this coz they might just kill me

*hugs* Ooh, my Dad used to be a bit like that, though he stopped when my parents split up. He's a much nicer person now XD I don't think I have any advice for you though. All I can think of is actually sitting down and having a talk with them about it, if that ever actually works. I hope it gets better soon

Ok, here's a story- thing-
I was woken at one in the morning last night by a tapping noise out in the hall near my bedroom door. I got up and went out to see what it was but I couldn't see anything (I was half expecting it to be one of my sister's mice escaped into the hall), but when I went over to the bathroom doorway I found that the floor was wet. I turned on the light and discovered that a large amount of floor under the bathroom door was splattered with water.
The floor in our flat is mostly woody stuff that we apparently aren't allowed to get wet (it's rented). So a bit of a problem there. On further inspection I found that the water was dripping through the doorframe. Just through two little holes in the doorframe, nowhere else. The walls and ceiling around weren't wet. Weird.
I panicked a bit and woke my mum who put a couple of plastic boxes under to catch the drips and said we'd phone someone about it as soon as it was early enough. Went back to bed but of course couldn't sleep with this insistent drip- drip- dripping noise, so I went to sleep in the living roon where it wasn't so loud. Woke up again at about six and went back to my bed (the noise was quieter now cause instead of dripping onto the bottom of the boxes they were dripping into a box full of water, if you see what I mean)
Anyway, to cut a long story short, It was something wrong with the water tank in the loft. But not OUR water tank, cause our flat doesn't have one, it actually belongs to the people downstairs (the tanks for all the flats are in our loft). Apparently someone did something stupid with the overflow pipe or something. Also, there's a mouse in one of the pipes but we don't know which one (alive or dead, I have no idea)
So now I'm really tired from having to sleep on a sofa which isn't quite big enough and there's a mouse stuck somewhere in our loft XD

*hugs* poor Rainy...I need a hug too! I have vertuialy no CS this weekend, and no free time, due to a SWIMMING GALA I was FORCED to do!
