Ok so this is a girl I have been drawing for a manga I made up. This is my second Oekaki and I made this on my laptop 
The hairs a bit messed up and the eyes not the best...sorry for that. Please comment and tell me what I can improve on
Plus I need a name for her. Please tell me your suggestions!!

whoa, whoa, whoa. stop right there. your second oekaki?!?! wow! that is great! I just have one suggestion: try making your lines a little smoother. you can try the smoothing tool, and experiment a little! other than that it is very good!
