Rain hopped back from the aplpha and lowered his head, trying hard to sustain a growl. "how do you know my name?' he asked, the growl showing a bit in his voice as he spoke

Gaige didn't let the growl intimidate him. He knew if this wolf loved Reagan, he was kind enough to understand why Gaige was here. "Reagan is in my pack," he informed Rain. "You're mates, correct?"

rain swallowed, almost like swallowing the growl. He nodded quietly and tucked his tail between his legs. His grey-blue eyes rolled, he hated having to be like this

Gaige wanted to get to know Rain more and thought of what to say. "She really loves you, you know. Lying to her alpha...You must be pretty special to her. She's always been loyal and honest." Gaige smiled at Rain, his eyes showing no aggression or anger. He was trying to let Rain know he was no threat and that he didn't come here to go against him for what he'd done.

rain stared at the ground as the other brute spoke to him. the growl was long gone as he went onto talking to reagan more. it was true that he loved her, and that they were now mates but he didn't expect her to be that type of wolf with others. "so what did you come here for" he said plainly with a light sigh

Gaige blinked. "Woud you like to join my pack?" he asked now.

Reagan paced in Gaige's den. She wondered what was happening.

Rain looked around at the ground, not raising his gaze to gaige. "umm...yea...i guess so" he said and bowed quickly

Gaige stood and touched his muzzle to the top of Rain's head. "Come with me." He trotted away, wings slightly spread.

Rain flinched at his touch and trotted out, rubbing the top of his head on anything he could fing to get gaige's scent off of him. He sighed and followed quietly

Gaige soon came to the camp. He led Rain into it. "Stay here," he told him, then trotted into his own den to Reagan. "Reagan," he said, coming up to her. "I've let Rain join our pack."

Reagan turned at Gaige's appearance. When he spoke her eyes lit up and her tail wagged. "Oh, thank you, alpha!" She licked his nose and perked her ears. "Where is he?" She peered around Gaige.
