Saw this hadn't been pointed out yet. ^-^

This one is based off a blue ringed octopus, who is found in the rocky waters just off the coast of Australia, and is one of the most toxic marine animals in the world. :3

More info:

At rest, these octopi usually just have dark brown spots, but when startled, their skin produces a blue pigment to try and scare away or confuse predators. They have the same kind of toxin as a puffer fish, but it is thousands of times more potent. :3

I think its been confirmed that its a sea angel they're beautiful in real life, and here too. They live in cold, artic waters
