Nicole:
I smile "you think you could touch yur head with yur tail?" I ask, smiling

[ Me too, for a while there. ]

Jake looked wildly at Nicole. "What?" He rubbed it thoughtfully. "Maybe," he whispered to himself. Crouching down and into a ball, he wrapped his tail between his legs, and swiped it across his nose. "Yup," he called muffled. "I can!"

Nicole:
I laugh "does it feel weird to have a tail?" I ask, suddenly serious

[city;]

Jake sat up normally. A thoughtful look crossed his face. "I guess not. I mean, it just feels like an attachment of me. It'll just need some getting used to, you know? I can't wait to see the looks on the district's faces when the tributes come home looking like animals."

Nicole:
I smile "you don't think they'll extract the animal DNA from the tribute?" I bite my lip

[city;]

Jake chewed on her words for a minute. "No. I don't think they will. Its like battle scars. They don't take them away." He crossed his arms. Crossing over to Nicole, he smiled. "You look cute with your cross."

"not much showed up on me. I can run though. Faster then before we..." I trail off. I hate the capitol. here stup*d tricks and games.

Jane wrapped his arms around her, giving Nicole a swift hug. "It's ok. We'll be home soon."

Nicole:
I laugh bitterly "my life is worth nothing. To me or my family, I don't care if I go home. Anyways it wouldn't be both of us" I say, hugging him back "it'll be you"

Jake scowled, but gave her a loving hug. "No, we can stay here forever, ok? I'd rather die than watch out district starve to death. Or suffocate from coal and lung diseases. Or mine explosions. You get the gist," he muttered darkly.
