Metropolita (Rune Dragons) OPEN!

"You don't know what a creature will do to live." She felt annoyed. One shell did not prove the majority. Not to mention that even broken shells didn't go to waste. She shook her head. "Runes!" she hissed dismissively and went away. Seconds after, she was yelling at herself for losing a potential guide to the machinery. She shook her head and decided to move on.
For a moment, she looked back at the rune. She couldn't control herself. She walked up to the rune and asked,
"What in the world are those necklaces for, anyway?"

Marlow felt invaded so he stepped back and simply said "These are what keeps my house warm and me feed" He watched her curiously and wondered why she was so antsy about it.

Reef looked over the rune. Maybe this one wasn't the type to abuse the sea. Maybe she could get to know this rune better. Note to self: do not judge a rune by the first thing he does to the sea. She sighed and said, "My name is Reef, and I am new to the ways of the runes... maybe not that new, but I get confused a lot. Let me just tell you, I do not own those shells, so I have no power to give them to you... and I don't have any problem if you were going to use it for you needs... You are...?"

Marlow felt almost shocked at her sudden change but he welcomed it. "I am Marlow a burrowing rune. By your rune i would say an Ocean rune? Anyways it matters not. Perhaps you would accompany me to the beach maybe help me choose the right shells maybe i can make you a gift a welcome one" He said as he smiled happily. He rarely talked to runes so this rare encounter seemed to brighten his day.

"It has been a long time since I've come to this beach... I guess it would be fun to explore it again." She was thinking about what might have happened if she did not take the chance to... apologize! She hasn't apologized! At the moment, though, she could not remember the word. It had something to do with soar... but soar has something to do with fly. Sour...? No, that's for lemons. Maybe...
"Umm, I apologize for being a bit... umm... impolite."

Marlow laughed and smiled. "Do not worry I am used to hostility I am very hermit like so i hardly hang around other Runes and they find it weird." He began walking towards the Beach slowly he always took his time. NIght never bothered him because he could see in the dark.

This rune would understand, she thought. She looked off to the west, the sun setting. Reef began to think about how much of the world the sun could see. She thought of stories, some she read and some she heard. She went after Marlow. After this, she would look into machines. She was extremely interested in things that were new to her.
"I see that you are a desert rune... how was... life then? "

Marlow looks to the rune and smiles. "I was lucky enough to be born in the city. My parents had travelled from the homeland in search of a better life together. But sadly it wasnt better infact worse my mother wished for the simplicity of the savanah. I was the reason they stayed" He said as if it were nothing great. Infact he had wished they had returned home maybe his burrowing rune would of been handy. Here digging was not something you did.

(Do not ask me why but i must tell you in this rp he has a uh african style accents as does Danika)

Danika

She rummaged through her house trying to find her favourite coin purse but sadly wouldn't find it. She needed some bread and knew that the bakery was open but not for how long. It was at least an hour after she had started when she found it laying on her bed in plain site. grumbling something she couldn't understand she ran out the door towards the bakery.

"Hey, we must be getting back... there is something about the..." Weather-? Wind-? Waves-? "...That I don't really like." She guessed that was just her conscience-? instincts-? telling her that it was time for something. She thought that she had to go into the city now. She opened her wings and then folded them up again. Nothing. Oh well, time to go exploring, she thought.

Marlow looked to the female and smiled. "I believe i trust your assumption". His eyes picking up a slightly wave ripple that seemed storm like. He flicked his own wings and waddled beside her back towards the city. Unsure if he should invite her to his hovel for the night for safety. He shuffled his wings nervously but asked "Do you have a place to stay?" His voice showing he held no confidence.
