Lucifer closed his eyes and looked at her again, "Well... My heart is pounding and telling me that... That everything I need is right here..." He didnt know what to say honestly.

Squirrel pressed her flank onto Skylars to help him up.

Lucifer looked at her and sighed, "This pack... I havent had a pack that cared. You are all like family and I am finally starting to fit in." He looked down and closed his eyes, "And you... I never needed anyone and suddenly I cant stand not to be with you."


Skylar looked at her and then at the ground before he took a small step, his head spun so he stopped.

"Do you know how long I have been waiting for you to say that?" I told him. I touched my nose to his, and for once in my life I felt loved. I didn't know if he wanted to be my mate or not, by I loved him. No matter what I loved him. Nothing could change that. I look outside and see it getting darker. "We should head back" I say to him. "It's getting dark."

She felt the wobble come from Skylar. She steadied herself. "Take it easy. One step at a time." She moved forward abit so that he would follow. "How could you run into a tree anyway?" she joked.

Lucifer nodded and moved slightly and stood up, "I have wanted to say it but It never felt right.." He looked at the ground and nodded, "We should head back..."



Skylar looked at her and sighed, "I lose control when I'm scared... I smelt them and I freaked out. As I ran I turned to look behind me... Then the tree got in my way." He said simply.
