Greystar listened to Emberheart, and he put down the two kits he was holding. "Alright...and I left without telling because I didn't have time to tell anyone, unless you count Morningrain when I saw her in the forest." Angel purred and she flickered her tail, two of the kits were pure white, and two were calicos.

[walk.]

Emberheart nodded and peered over at the kits and smiled. He mewed, "Hawkpaw also made the warrior Tigerblaze flee from battle, he was very brave!" Hawkpaw puffed out his chest. Ice licked the male calico.

Greystar smiled. "Tigerblaze is a strong cat, I'm surprise Hawkpaw made him flee." He meowed. Angel looked at Ice, then at the male calico. "Rosepetal said that this kit will most likely not survive." She meowed, licking the tom kit.

[walk.]

Emberheart smirked and mewed, "He is very strong willed and will not stop until he gets what he wants, but I find him intemedating, despite being he father, he is already as tall as me with a very muscular build." Ice sighed and mewed, "Why, what went wrong?!" Thornslash came padding over and mewed to his daughter, "Congratualtions darling,"

Greystar nodded, and he flickered his tail before looking at Rosepetal and Angel. "I'm sure you two can take the four kits to the nursery?" He meowed and they both nodded. Angel purred and looked at her father. "Thanks." Then she looked at Ice. "Your going to have to ask Rosepetal why, she wouldn't tell me." She added. Rosepetal picked up another kit, along with the kit she had been carrying.

Ice nodded and mewed to Greystar, "Thank you for comforting my mate and being there for her Greystar. It has been a pleasure living with you here in Night clan, I have thoroughlly enjoyed it." he dipped his head before padding after Angel towards the nursery. Hawkpaw sat at the edge of the clearing sharing tongues with Sparrowpaw.

Sparrowpaw flicked her tail as she shared tongues with Hawkpaw.

Angel went to the nursery, and Rosepetal put the two kits she was carrying into a nest. Angel put the other two kits down before lying down and sighing.

Hawkpaw mewed, "Sparrowpaw, did you get to fight in the battle today?"

Ice stood at the entrance to the nursery and sighed. He turned away from Angel and looked across the blood stricken floor of Night clan camp. He sniffed the air and shifted his claws in the dirt. It had been a while since he had been here. He had been just a newborn kit, his mother had been Dewspots who had abandoned him to snow clan for a better life.

Sparrowpaw shook her head and she flicked her tail. "No, I was out in the forest hunting when the fight happened." She meowed.

Morningrain glanced around camp, then she padded out, not wanting to be seen.

Hawkpaw looked slightly disappointed for a second, looking to the floor but quickly raised his head and mewed, "Right, that was probably lucky, I think most of the apprentices were out....." he sighed and looked to the sky and mewed, "Sorry, I'd better go and rest up, I feel exhausted after fighting Tigerblaze." he stood up and stretched and began to pad away.

Bluewhisker and Larksong sat in the corner. Larksong was fast asleep but Bluewhisker couldn't have been more awake. He murmered, "I need to check something." and slowly slipped away. He cautiously followed Morningrain into the forest.
