Collecting of Easter Eggs ends something on Saturday (since it started then and we were told it lasts 7 days).

You can still cash in your tokens 7 days after the end of the event.

for those debating the day of the anniversary, I believe we did celebrate on the 8th last year. But the date is pretty artificial, since I'm pretty sure the adoptables started in late May xD I just celebrate it on the 8th of April because anything else clashes with my university work too badly.
