What did I just step in?

Postby GlasgowSmile » Thu Apr 08, 2010 9:49 am

Ever been walking through your home (this is usually at night) and you put your foot in something wet? This happens on a nearly nightly basis with me, usually because my cat thinks it's awesome to lick the water up the side of the bowl so that it puddles around in the kitchen or the bathroom. Even though I know it's water, there's a moment of sheer terror where my mind races and I think, "for the love of all that is good, please don't let this be anything gross."

Ever step in something wet with socks on? D:

she prays he will return one day.
As sure as the rivers reach the seas,
back in his arms is where she'll be.

Since my dog's food and water bowl is like in the corner of a small area I always end up walking in his water and sometimes I'm wearing socks O.O.....

Wow, so lucky. Whenever I step in something wet in my room, there is usually reason to worry. It is ALWAYS something gross and from a pet. Luckily, it happens rarely. My dogs hate doing anything waste-like in the house. Or in the yard for that matter... They stick to the woods. ^_^

Lately I've been having this problem a lot, actually. xD I have stepped in something wet both barefoot and in socks, and more often than not it has been something nasty. All thanks to the new puppy in the house...Oh how I long for the day when he is housebroken...Sometimes, though, I'm lucky and it's only a melted ice cube...

Ditto. Mostly because my cat refuses to puke in a low-traffic area >_< lol

Luckily I don't have to deal with that with my dog or cat...

But the cat likes to throw up gross hairballs on the carpet a couple times a month. I never know it happens until it's too late. D:

Hmm, lets see what I've stepped in from what I remember.

All types of cat puke (hairballs, food upchuck, just plain nasty liquid) water, jell-o(don't ask XD) dog pee, dog poo (when I had a puppy) huge spider, huge cricket. I also stepped on a tack one time, too, but that's not mushy or anything. xD

Nya. XD
i don't ever come on here anymore don't expect me to respond to any messages in a reasonable time
