"Nyx!" Zeeku shouted. He looked every square inch of the area. "How can I lost my own cub?"

Nyx saw a scramble of roots ahead under a tree and she ran to them, curling up in them and closing her eyes, not hearing her father

He noticed his cub. he smiled and layed beside her silently.

Nyx glared at him and slipped out, running away from him, towards a cliff full of cracks and unstable rocks. She put on a surge of speed and leaped onto a medium, rock, bunching her muscles to jump to a small ledge a few feet up

"NYx, get down!" He ordered. He didn't ant to climb after her. They'd BOTH be goners. "If you don't get down you'd fall!"

Nyx sighed and looked at her father before getting down, but not standing close to him. "Why would you care? All you do is say mean things to Mau and me then expect us to be perfectly happy"
