I pad over to Kito and curl up next to him,and fall asleep

Kito looked at Mala and smiled slightly, he rested his head on her paws and closed his eyes

I look at Kito and Mala before a get up to look out for any sight of danger. I can smell bloodon the air and wonder where it is coming from. I roar loudly to see if it is another lion.

I hear a roar and call back as a warning.

Kito shot up hearing another lion roar but he wasn't too bothered because it was a female. He roared with the lionesses

I know it's a lone lion and it's by it's self so a start to run toward where the kill is.

I see the lion coming at me and brace my slef. "I won't back down without a fight for this kill". I say snarling at the other lioness.
