wanna know why? because I'm failing one class, but I still have 4 months to catch up!

hows it fair that my brother fails all his classes drops out of highschool, he's 20 years old, and I'm a girl failing 1 class, even though I still have a long time to catch up, and I'm only 16!

I'm mad, might not be on much people, I'm gonna move in with 3 of my friends though, or get into foster care :?

I bet you could call child protective services on them and get them in a whole lot of trouble. I don't think they can legally kick you out unless you went and paid for a court to emancipate you since your only 16. You should speak with a consular at your school.

I would do so, but well I just don't want to get them in that much trouble, I have a place to go so yeah

@ Akita the Antelope

I know you say you have a friend or 2 you could stay with but I'd advise against it. Staying with friends for a long period of time is a good way to ruin a friendship. I'm 27 and I lost my best friend over something like this.I had a friend from high school named Alisce who's grandmother kicked her out when she was like 19 I believe. Any ways being a good friend I talked to my mom about her staying with us and my mom ok'd it. Things where ok at first but than stuff started getting bad. When ever my mom was mad at Alisce she would chew me out about it rather than her. Not to mention my mom caught her trying to have sex in my mom's bed. It was really bad, and it got to the point where my mom told me "I had to get ride of her because she was my friend." Putting even more stress on me and my friends friendship. In the end she eventually made up with her grand ma only to talk smack about my family and how bad we treated her. When let me add she didn't work and I did, so I had to pay for her share of food ect. She basically free loaded and didn't even help do house work.

Since I didn't learn for this 1st incident My friend Dawns husband kicked her out and I took her in only for 2 weeks latter to have her stealing from me. It was only $20.00 but still if she would of asked for the money it would of been different, but she stole it.

Both of these girls where best friends of mine but after they moved in with me and free loaded, and did their back stabbing I'm no longer their friend. The funny thing is they asked one of my brothers why I don't call them and hang out with them anymore. Friends are good for support just don't move in with them or vice versa.

And your parents need to grow up and act like adults. Your only 16 and they are how old? Them saying they are going to kick you out is so childish on their part.
