When Dúlindir and his sibling were born they were supposed to have the same amount of color. of course their parents couldn't see what colors they would be in the first few weeks. As their fur came in, Dúlindir didn't gain any color, but his sibling had twice the amount of color as planned. As they grew up Dúlindir realized that he and his sibling were not supposed to be like this. Because of his siblings color he got all the attention and was treated sacredly, but Dúlindir on the other hand was humiliated by those he knew because of his lack of color. He grew to deeply despise all color, and anything that was associated with it. He ran away and hid deep in a cavern, where no one would dare go. Dúlindir's brother became cruel and mean because he got everything he wanted, but Dúlindir was very gentle and kind. He wishes that he could find a mate who would appreciate his lack of color.

Black Tears is an extremely good artist who has a love for other animals. He adores his sister Iris, and would become a great friend to all the flying platypuses. When left alone, he would cook gourmet meals for his friends and family, as he would also be a great chef.

Black Tears likes colors, like on his sister Iris, as well as shades of black and white. He doesn't like a lot of goth, emo, or scene input though.

His only fear is of needles and similar sharp objects, except his kitchen knives.
