Every so often she will release a clutch of Wyrms available to buy on DA. Check here to see what a clutch and their resulting Wyrms look like. When purchased from a clutch, Tea-Cup Wyrms cost $20.

HopefulMonsterStudio also attends various conventions, a list of which can be found in her DA journal. FA:United is the next one planned.

Your other option is to ask the owners of two Wyrms here to let you buy an offspring from the breeding of their Wyrms. There are four breeding seasons a year for Tea-Cup Wyrms, the closest one coming up being September. A bred offspring costs $25.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, what site are you looking at that is confusing? Are you looking at the Deviantart, Furaffinity, or Wiki site? I'm pretty sure the Deviantart and the Wiki site both say right on the front page where you can get Wyrms, and it's also under the Guides as well.

I was confused on if it was possible to buy online or from certain shops. The DA group did show the Wyrm's available but i was mainly confused on where to buy them from. Leurai solved this for me. Thank you anyway and thanks Leurai.
