'I don't need to lay down,' Daisuke stubbornly said. He looked at Yvette with strong eyes and added, 'I've ad far more severe wounds and Yu~Ki is exegerating. Above all, I just want to get out of the house with you...' He sighed and Kouji said, 'Die, this stubborn head of you is going to get you killed one day.' Daisuke shook his head an Kouji then said, 'well, let's have Yve make the decision... I think she's the most capable of this.' Daisuke shrugged.

Yu~Ki sat down next to Lucine and said, 'as a doctor, I have to swear that I will not tell anyone what a patient tells me, so don't be afraid.' He looked at the clanhead and added, 'as a friend, I'm also very well capable of keeping secrets. UBt, may I ask, what s of such nature that Tetsu and Masashi know but not your own son?'

Kamijo said, 'the winter is such an inspiration, don't you think?' He dropped himself in the nsow and looked up at the falling flakes. 'I don't know why, it just makes me happy.' He was silent for a moment, then said, 'did you know that it's almost Tetsu's birthday? In about three days he'll turn... What? Sixty... four? He looks younger than he is...'

"Just rest for a bit. If you really want me to make a decision, my decision is you resting. That's the quickest way to get out of here. And don't say forcing your way out will work; I may be unarmed, but I can still keep you down." Yvette said to him. She didn't want him to overwork himself. "And also, I'm sorry. It was my fault you got hurt. If I didn't pick a fight, you wouldn't have had to interfere, and he wouldn't have thrown you."

Lucine turned her head down. "I don't want to tell him because if I do, he'll hate his father. I... I'm blind. I've never seen my son's grown face. I only have memories of him as an infant, and even those are growing hazy. I have been blind for a long time, but have never wished to reveal it. My husband accidentally caused it. You probably remember some things about him before he died, but he was a kind man. Always thinking of others. Unfortunately, he also had a short fuse. One day, when I was trying to break up an argument between him and another, he struck me in a fit of rage. The blunt force caused something to go wrong, and I became blind. This was at least a few weeks before he died. I regret I was never able to see him on his deathbed. I know I should hate him for doing this to me, but I could never. I loved him too much." She brought her head back up. "So I was wondering if you could possibly cure me. I know it may be difficult, maybe even impossible, but I thought I'd ask."

"Perhaps because it itself is poetry. The flakes are each different, and snow creates a cloak for the world. Like a blanket." Juliet said, daring to step further into the snow. She shivered softly, looking around. "Oh? I guess... I didn't know... I don't really keep track of birthdays other than my own." She said, bending down to pick up some snow.

"I will try, though time does get away from me sometimes. Occasionally, I forget to eat until mother comes up to tell me." Alain said. "But I'll try to keep a good eye on the clock." He added, soon shrugging. "It all depends. I can have a female heir, too. It just all depends on luck." He said, smiling softly. "So don't worry about it. I'm not going to be like Henry VIII and behead you if you don't give me a son."

Anya nodded, hoping they could find someone who knew the details. She followed him into the living room, noticing Oliver with the two women and the baby. He had always seemed rather... Feminine to her. Maybe it was just how he was, but he just seemed like he wouldn't make a great dad; he'd make a great mom. Maybe he was gay... She turned her attention to the matter at hand, mentally slapping herself for letting her mind wander. At the mention of gardens, she glanced to the door. Why would they be talking outside? It was a bit cold, wasn't it?

Oliver nodded to Hayumi, then listened to the others. He was a bit curious as to why they needed the clanhead, but he didn't bother asking. Instead he just stayed quiet. He'd wait until anything important was over before daring to speak. He wasn't big on talking in conversations that sounded important, unless spoken to. It was something he learned at home when he was still Olivia.

((Woo! If I don't get to go to Japan with my FCCLA thing, my cousin might take me there, considering he lived there for about five years. He teaches there and said he could bring me along. ^^ I love Andrew now.))

Daisuke sighed deeply, saying 'I really don't need to lay down.' Kouji said, 'Yu~Ki said it's better for you and Yve deceided that as well, so you must.' Daisuke fowned and muttered 'I'm not taking orders from you.' But Kouji grabbed his hands and pulled him to the stairs, saying, 'and up you go and rest for at least one hour!' Daisuke muttered some more but eventually walked up the stairs. Kouji turned to Yvette and asked, 'do you think we need to walk along to make sure that he's actually resting?'

Yu~Ki listened to Lucine's story with great interest and occasionally nodded. When she finished, he said, 'okay, Lucine... Let's put it bluntly. Yes, I can completely cure blindness but... I will need to know exactly what's wrong with your eyes so I want to take you to the lab and examine you, is that okay? You may think about it for a while if you want to, you could also choose to take someone with you i that'll make you feel better about it.

'I have everyone's birthday written down in case they'd forget about themselves which is likely for Tetsu,' Kamijo said, 'and I find it important to celebrate birtdays, so... Hey, why don't you come lay beside me? It's not that cold, it's soft.'

Yvette nodded. "Yes, more than likely he'll try to get out of it." She said, following him up the stairs. "However, at some point, I should change. I don't know if my armor is appropriate wear for going to visit someone." She said, looking down at it. "I doubt anyone will try to shoot or stab me while I'm in the town, so I should get something lighter and not as... Threatening." She said, hoping she had something. She rarely changed out of her armor, except to sleep and bathe, and the times she had to wash the metal of the breastplate. However, she did have that dress stowed away in her closet, she would likely have something.

Lucine looked up at him, smiling lightly. "Yes, I agree completely. You may take me to examine for anything that will help you. I don't need anyone to come with, I trust you." She said, glad he could help her. That meant she could see Alain's face once more. She could see how everything has changed, and how everyone has grown. The small children she once knew she could see as their grown up selves.

"I see..." Juliet said, then nodded slowly when he requested she come over. She slowly made her way over, still a bit nervous. She felt as though she was walking on eggshells; one false move and everything comes crashing down. She sat down next to him, then dropped the rest of herself into the snow. At least her dress was long enough to cover her legs. She didn't want to let anyone in on her secret yet, so she wore long dresses and high boots. "So... What's your birthday?" She asked softly.

Kouji said, 'I'll go after Die then and you can go change. But... Do you have clothing other than this, I mean, I've never seen you wear anything else...' He thoguht for a second, then added, 'if you want to, you can take a look through my closet. My clothes ought to be feminine enough for you and I'm about your size.' He pet Yvette on her head and then ran away to Daisuke's room.

Yu~Ki nodded and said, 'good, would you like to come with me right now or would you prefer waiting? I have nothing important to do anyway... Nothing morei mportant, at least.' He took hish at of and put it on the tabel, he wasn't leaving soon anymore anyway. He stood up and added, 'I must compliment you of how well you can pretend to be able to see. I would've have never guessed.'

Kamijo smiled and said, 'July 19th, so not in a while.' He was glad that she came to lay down beside him. 'I don't really like aging but I like to throw a party once in a while so I guess my birthday isn't that bad.' He then asked, 'when's your birthday anyway?'

Yvette nodded. "I think I do." She said, then watched as he ran off. Hopefully he could handle in making sure Daisuke got some rest. She went to her room now, and once inside, she went to her closet. The clothing inside was scarce. Her red dress was on her bed, and there were maybe a total of twelve clothing items in the closet not including shoes, which she only had a few pairs of. She chose a rather subtle outfit, a green tank top with a grey sweater vest, a pair of jeans, and a pair of simple black boots. She laid everything out on her bed, then started to take off the armor. She had to unbuckle it in the back, and then it quite easily came off. All protection was removed, and in place went the outfit she had chosen. She felt so... Naked without the armor. She sighed lightly, then took her hair out of the messy ponytail it was in, brushed her hair, and put the ponytail back how it was. She wore no jewelry, as she didn't like wearing anything flashy. Once she was finished, she walked out of her room and towards Daisuke's.

"Right now would be fine. I also have nothing to do. However, after this, I may tell Alain my condition before I get my sight back." Lucine said, standing up. "Ah, thank you. However, because of it, I can only go certain places in the castle. I know the Nightmare floors very well, I can go to the library, outdoors, dining room, living rooms, and kitchen. Other places, I need a guide. Masashi was mg guide for a while, but at the moment he's angered at me for punishing him."

"I want to grow old quicker. Then maybe I'll be able to leave behind everything faster." Juliet said, somewhat to herself. "Oh, mine? Um, it's February third..." She actually didn't remember her true birthday, but that was the day she was taken in by the Mizer clan, so she made that her birthday. She never told anyone that it wasn't her real one.

Kouji had gone inside Daisuke's room. Daisuke was actually laying under the blanket, on his bed. His hoes and most of clothes weer on the floor nad he had his eyes closed. He said, 'Kouji, don't you dare remove my blanket.' Kouji said, 'how did you know? No, kidding, I wouldn't.' Both laughed a little nad Kouji started folding Daisuke's clothes. Daisuke said, 'why did you come?' 'To make sure you were resting.' 'Shut up then nad let me rest.'

'Then here, grab my hadn,' Yu~ki said, reaching out his hand,'because I'm sure you don't come into the lab often. Anyway, I'm sure Masashi'll forgive you. At least... If he likes you well enough, which I'm sure he does.'

'I see,' Kamijo said, 'but... Leave what behind? Did something happen in your past? I understand if you don't want to talk about it, though. Man... It seems almost everyone has a misteriuous or sad past here. I haven't. I've just been the only satanist in a Christian family, not much more.' He laughed slightly.

Kara smiled "Well, dont worry. Its very important to me so when it will dinner time I will come to the library and tell you. That way you dont have to remember about it so you could concentrate on your research" she soon finished her breakfast and drunk the rest of juice "Thats good because I cant do anything with baby gender" she got up and washed her dishes. Then she walked back to Alain looking around before she hugged him "You didnt talk to me for so long that I really want you" she said quietly.
Nuke looked at both girls, Anya and Miko, and smiled slightly "So... Do you want to go and meet with Tetsu and my clanhead? I think they are talking about something very important and thats why they went outside" he wrapped arm around Anya and smiled softly at her.

Yvette stopped in front of Daisuke's door. "I'm coming in." She announced, giving him a second to respond if he wasn't decent or something. Of course, if Kouji was in there, she doubted he wouldn't be fully clothed. She opened the door, and stepped inside, closing it softly behind her. "Well, I did find something." She said to Kouji once she saw he was in the room. She walked over to where he was. "So I see you did come back here. That's good." She said, turning to Kouji, smiling lightly. "Though one of us should probably stay in here to make sure he stays in bed, no? I can take that responsibility if you wanted to get ready more to go for breakfast once he's good to go." She told him softly.

Lucine took his hand, glad for the help. "No, I don't go very often. In fact, I haven't been down there in more than twenty years." She said, sighing lightly. "It's been that long already..." She muttered. When he said that Masashi would forgive her, she nodded. "Though it was particularly harsh. I told him he had to do whatever my son asked him to do for the rest of the week. I doubt he'll obey that order, either... Though I do fear for him sometimes..."

"Yes..." Juliet said, staring up at the sky. "Then you're lucky. The most I'll say, is that you are a lucky man if you've spent nearly or all of your life here, and not on the streets, fearing for your life everyday, wondering if someone will feel pity for you, hoping if you do find food that no one else will notice and kill you for it, wanting desperately for something other than moldy bread and rotting meat for your supper, trying to nab as much clear water as possible from the town fountain before the police chase you off... That's something no one should have to go through. Especially not a child. And things only got worse before I was finally brought here. However, that part of my past isn't to be shared. When things got worse, that's the secret I hold. Someone else here also wouldn't be too happy if I told..." She said, trying to keep her voice from cracking, and trying to keep the tears in.

"Alright, good." Alain said, then looked up as she came over to hug him. He smiled lightly, then stood, bringing his plate and glass to the sink. However, he didn't wash them. Instead he walked over to Kara, pushed her into the wall, his hand to the side of her head, and once again started kissing her, as his other hand tucked some of her hair behind her ear. "If you want to, we can always go back upstairs. My studying can wait for a bit."

"Well... I don't know if we should interrupt a conversation that's important... Maybe we should just wait a bit..." Anya said, looking up at him. "If you want, we can just sit around here and talk... Unless you think it's okay to interrupt their conversation..." She trailed off, really wanting to ask Tetsu about it, but also not wanting to bug them.
