^ ((Well, hunters are not allowed to go out and hunt without warriors with them. You can make it so your fox discovered the leash and just joined. Or you could just make it that she slept late, she's sick or she's injured and that's why she couldn't go hunting, you choose!)) 8D

Jupiter and Leaf Fall padded through the forest on their hunting trip. Jakei hadn't come along as he was teaching Yuri now, but Jupiter didn't mind Leaf's company. He stopped suddenly and lifted her agile head to the wind. "Wolves." He spat and looked at Jupiter frantically. "We have to get back to the leash and warn them! The wolf pack could be heading this way." He growled in the back of his throat and turned around to run.

((Kiba, we'll pretend Kyubi ate a stale piece of food and got food poisoning or something. And Note, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR JOINING!!! We've been needing warriors though, if you want to convert Iris to that but if not, that's cool too xD))

Soul half-opened his eyes when he saw Kyubi walk out of the apprentices den. "How have you been feeling?" he asked the apprentice.

Raven's eyes sparkled in laughter as she used her paw to rub the juice off of Flare. "Isn't this your job?" she teasingly said to Creo. "Anyways Flare, you have to delicately bite them off at the base of the stem, like this," she demonstrated gently biting the berries off. "And it's always a good idea to---" Raven stopped mid-sentence and lifted her head high, her black nose twitching. "Wolves!" she exclaimed, "They're still a ways off, but I feel like they're heading this way!" she looked in horror from Creo to Flare. "We need to run to camp immediatly," she said, sprinting back the way they came.

Copper winced as Ryuu smacked him. He hadn't been expecting that, but as a warrior apprentice, he knew that he should be expecting anything. Playfully growling, he turned on his mentor, but just then, he heard quacking ducks. Distracted, he looked around and saw Sadira proudly holding a duck. Copper barked excitedly and ran towards the silver fox. "That catch is almost as big as you!" he joked, "But good job," he said, eyes shining, "You're going to be a fantastic hunter!"

Jupiter and Leaf Fall ran as fast as their paws could carry them. Jupiter heard the howl of wolves behind her, but a ways away, though it terrified her still. She looked to Leaf Fall and saw his pelt bristled and his eyes wide. He was scared too. They burst into camp and barked to those who could hear. "Wolves!"

Soul jumped up and instinctively started growling. "Jupiter, go get Ryuu, Jakei, and the others. Hurry!" He leaped down from the stump and called to Shiko as he paced the clearing. How far?" he asked Leaf Fall, knowing that the SIC hunter would have a general idea.

((btw, don't advance too much with the wolves. We'll give everyone a chance to post and get to camp before Soul and the warriors figure out what to do))

Leaf Fall looked at Soul. "I would say a mile or two away. It would take a while for them to catch our scent and find the leash, but I don't like them being so close to camp." His ears swiveled around his head when he heard another howl.

Jupiter raced away. "Ryuu, Jakei, Yuri! Wolves! Get back to camp!"

Ryuu's ears pricked forward, he heard Jupiter's calls. "Copper, Sadira, Phantom, let's go!" he barked quickly and immediately began to sprint back to camp. His ears pinned back and his tails streaming behind him.

Shiko burst out of her den, "What is it?" she asked anxiously.

Yuri's ears pricked up as he heard shouts and howling. "Uh-oh..." Yuri whispered, "Jakei, should we go back to camp?" Yuri's eyes sparkled with fear.

Jakei stayed calm and collected. "I smell wolves. That must be what it is about. Yes, we must return to camp. We can continue training later." He began to run back to camp, urgency making him very quick.

Jupiter looked around. "Wolves." She said simply, but her eyes shone with anxiety.

Shiko shook her head hopelessly and ran into her den, she quickly began to sort out herbs they may need.

Yuri collected the prey and berries he had gathered and began to sprint back to camp with Jakei.
