"We're all insane, so I would never know, you could have taken all the money and run" he replied just as jokingly but he picked at a scoop of mac-n-cheese "This food is something else though, almost makes me wanna try the 40 hour challenge thing. If in the end I could get decent food" he exaimined the macaroni on his fork before eating it.

Alistair stepped towards her "what's the matter? Did she get you?"

Eleanor smiled, not really touching her food "I know what you mean, it all just tastes like plastic to me"

"Because that's probably what it is, wouldn't be surprised if you went into the kitchen and you saw a plastic factory back there" he huffed and took another forkful of his macaroni.

She sighed, twirling her fork in some pasta "we're going to be here for the rest of our lives they may as well give us food we can taste"

"Bah, they don't care, thats the reason they dropped us off in this god forsaken place run by that mad man smiles" Nickodemus shook his head and looked around, "Kinda makes you wonder if perhaps everyone ganged up if we could over throw them, I mean after all we are superhuman. At least some of us are" he glanced at a fatter patient chowing down on the bland food and almost chocked himself. He shook his head and looked down at his own food.

She nodded, looking thoughtful "I see what you mean, but I looked in the guards heads and there's nothing for me to use, it's like they're all zombies or something"

"Wouldn't be surprised by that either. I ended up getting close enough to stab one in an outbreak, the guy was bleeding pretty bad, didn't even do anything, no screaming no clutching the wound he just stood there" Nickodemus glared at the plate of food "Something weird is going on around here" he spat and stuck his fork in the rest of the mac-n-cheese-

She nodded "I agree, and we should find out" she looked a little thoughtful "I wonder what would happen if I got into Smiles head"

"Assuming he has one" Nickodemus remarked and chuckled to himself "You'd probably go even more insane, either that or just blow up. Who knows what goes on in his head" he scoffed.
