Tori laughed. "No. She was worthless as a pup and is worthless now. I hated it when I was alive, ever since her brothers died. I blame her for that, too." the old wolf said.

"She Isn't worthless, but maybe you are. It's not her fault that her siblings died, if you're their mother, you probably should have taken responsibility for them yourself!" Dark growled. "I know her better than you ever did, obviously!"

"Karrie's the one that lead them to their death! Now, if you shut up for a moment, I'll tell you what happened." Tori growled.

"Fine." Dark sighed and looked at Tori. "What happened?"

"When they were all about seven months, Karrie told me her, Jason, and Raskay were going to go play. She lead them off to thee woods. Later, I heard screaming. I went to go investigate, and she almost ran into me, screaming that there had been a bear in the cave she found and they were playing in. Instead of helping them, she ran away. I tried to fend off the bear, but it ate both of them." Tori said. "She lead them right to the bear."

"But she was only young, puppies don't know how to fight off massive bears when they're just kids, It's not something they automatically know. My Father was once living with humans to hunt, but him and his master were attacked by that demon bear that strangely appeared in Winter and almost killed one of my sons. His master was hurt too badly to pick up his gun, and told Adero to help him. Adero was wounded badly too, but instead of his master helping to heal him, he ran off and left him for dead. At the time, me and my brother were only pups, but my brother went with a friendly wolf called Moss...I helped my father after being inspired by his courage, even though he was on the edge of death. All I needed back then was that inspiration...That a parent should give to their pups! You shouldn't have let Karrie just run, I know that if you encouraged her to take her siblings away, then she would do. Me and Karrie have been best friends since puppyhood, and I know her well enough to say that about her." Dark replied. He stood up and turned around, but stumbled and fell over, unable to move. "Uh...Don't worry about me..."

Karo trotted over to Dark. "What's up?" He asked, worried.

"I had a heart attack back down on Earth, I was told by someone that I could be left paralyzed and unable to talk...Sometimes I'm fine, sometimes I'm not, but I'll be alright. I can't die up here." Dark explained.

"Heh. Don't try to make yourself look big, boy." Adero had run up to his son, and was helping him back up. "Hi, Tori!" He barked. "Sorry about my son's brashness. You don't always need to defend your mate by telling stories about the past, we've all made mistakes in life, haven't we, Dark? How did you die this time?!"

"I had a heart attack. I just couldn't pull through, I don't know what was wrong with me, but I just gave up..." Dark explained, wobbily managing to stand on all fours.

Tori looked at Adero. "Hello." she growled.

Two puppies, one snow-white, almost blending into the clouds, and another, dark grey with white flecks, came bounding up to Tori.

"Sorry Tori, he's always been like this. Trying to be smart, you silly boy." Adero grinned and flicked Dark's ear with his paw. "Oh, hi Jason, Raskay!" He greeted the pups that had appeared beside Tori.

Dark grunted and lay back down on the cloud beside Adero, sulking.

"Stop sulking and get up." Adero sternly told his son. He flicked him again and looked at Tori with a smile.

Jason and Raskay bounded over to Adreo. "HIIII!" the yipped, bounding around him.

"You don't seem too unhappy about being up here." Tori told Dark. "I think you're just as happy as me to be away from her."

Adreo smiled at Jason and Raskay. "Hey."

"Happy?! This place is full of old gits! Why would I be happy? I love Karrie, even if you say you don't, and you're not changing my mind either." Dark growled. He was about to go for Tori, but Adreo stepped in and put his paw out to stop him.
