Consumed in my own world I do not hear the other hoof steps until I bump right into Drye. I whinny and rear in surprise then step back a few feet and snort, my ears back.

Kryto watched her graze, nugding her neck again playfully.

A slight squeal escaped him, surprised by the mare. Perking his ears forward curiously, he stepped towards her quickly, before pulling his head away and nickering in a friendly manner.

Liela snorted at him, listing her head to stare at him. He probably wouldn't let her out of his sight after last winter.

I snort and stomp my hoof, taking a step back. My ears are still pinned to my head.

(( Not last night at least. My mom woke up and asked if I had just woken up. I told her yes. If I go to sleep, she'll know I am a liar.... and a good one of that. She'll never trust me again... xD ))
