Frank jumped up onto Diad, adjusting the saddle slightly and picking up the reins tightly, Diad pranced on the spot, eager to get going as much as his rider and soon they were galloping forwards out of the familiar scenery for the last time. Frank was stood in the saddle, allowing his hands to go forward so Diad could stretch more, the saddle bags jangling on the stallions rippling hindquarters as they swerved trees, jumped ditches and the like, the familiar cape swung out behind Frank, whipping and twirling around violently, sticking of slightly Inbetween the green and brown undergrowth.

Finnick scowled as Arrowin rode between them, sending Finnick sprawling off his horse and into the dirt. He cursed under his breath and quickly remounted his horse, giving chase after Arrowin. Before he knew it, the girl was up a tree, taunting him even more. His anger boiled. How dare this girl make a fool of him! He pulled a dagger out of his belt and raised his arm to through it when he felt the Huntsman's hand grab his arm. He glared over at him. "Leave her." he said to Finnick. "She's trying to distract us. We should go find the more important ones." Finnick looked between him and Arrowin nodding. It sounded like something an outlaw would do. "You're right Huntsman. I can make use of you yet." He looked up at Arrowin. "I'll be back for you." He smirked and gave a chuckle before galloping off. The Huntsman just looked up at Arrowin. "I'll keep him away from them." he whispered.

"No!" Arowin shouted as they left. She whistled and Ace came happily out of his hiding spot. Arowin could not let the get anywhere near Emerald and Frank. She lowered herself into the saddle and kicked Ace into a full out gallop after the two. As she neared them she veered between them and launched herself out of the saddle right at Finnick tackling him off his horse and onto the ground. She hit the dirt harder than expected but it was worth it, that would be sure to get Finnick's full attention. She could not let him go after the others, they would have not gotten far enough by this time. "Thats it Finnick, you and me finish this right here and now." she said pulling out her dagger from her boot. She hoped that the Huntsman would leave but she knew there was little chance of that.

Jack frowned as he heard shouts in the distance.Leaving the bunch of dead rabbits on the floor,he unsheathed his sword, running through the undergrowth to see Arrowin perched in a tree, and two other men galloping into the distance.
"What happened?" he said, his heart beating quickly. There was something wrong, he could see it in the woman´s face. He cast a worried glance around the forest,hoping that Emerald and Frank were alright.

(Back. Sorry for posting so late, I slept in this morning :3 but I don't feel rested at all :[ )

Emerald leaned low over Envy's neck, rising herself from his bare back. The stallion didn't need to be told to go any faster, he knew something was wrong. He knew they had to get out of there. And besides, galloping off like crazy was one of his favorite things to do. Emerald's? Not so much. She had to duck under branches and clutch onto the stallion when they jumped. Normally, Emerald loved jumping her horse, but not this fast and not when she was wearing a dress. She looked over her shoulder into the forest behind her, wondering where on earth Arrowin was.


Finnick looked over in surprise when Arrowin pulled up next to them, and was even more surprised when she tackled him off his horse. Finnick coughed and gasped a few times, trying to regain his breath, but by them Arrowin was already unsheathing her dagger. He stood up, pulling out his sword and smirking. "You're no match me for, girl." he sneered, twirling his sword.

The Huntsman pulled hard on the reigns, his horse skidding to a stop. He jumped off the horse then and ran back to where Finnick and Arrowin were. His eyes went wide as saw Finnick unsheathe his sword. All Arrowin had was a dagger! He growled then, getting angry. Why couldn't she have just let them go when she had the chance? He said he'd keep Finnick away from them. But now he had to clue what to do, so he stood there, ready to pull his axe from his back if he needed to.

Arowin jumped to her feet gripping her dagger. "No I'm not! Wouldn't be fair for me to fight someone who can't even hold his sword right." she said and started moving backwards keeping in a defensive position. She glanced at the Huntsman to let him know that everything would be fine, she had no intention of actually fighting Finnick, just wasting his time before she would take off again. Arowin's free hand moved towards her satchel and she slipped out a handful of stones. Yup, stones. Arowin loved to collect small smooth stones near the riverbed. They usually came in handy when she needed to spook something out of a hiding place. She threw them at Finnick's face and then darted off into the forest with a whistle to Ace who took off after her.

Finnick just laughed at her. "I can't hold my sword right? What do you know about swords? You're just a little girl with a fake bow and arrow." He went to lunge at her but got a handful of stones to the face. He yelped and jumped back, a hand over his left eye. A big stone had hit him right by his eye and he could feel it was going to be bruised. Finnick cursed Arrowin under his breath and jumped into the saddle. "Huntsman, on your horse!" he commanded, gathering up his reins. The Huntsman slowly got on his horse and pulled up next to Finnick. "Don't order me around." he growled. Finnick just glared at him and took off after Arrowin. He didn't like the Huntsman very much, but he would have to do for now.

Arowin ran alongside Ace for a while before grabbing onto the saddle and jumping up while he cantered on. She could hear the sounds of pursuit but she decided it was about time to start ditching them. The morning sunlight fell dappled through the leaves making disappearing harder than it would have been at night. Arowin glanced behind at Finnick and the Huntsman and waved. "See ya boys!" she said and spurred Ace into a full out gallop. The sleek gelding was much faster and fitter than the draft horses that the others where mounted on and the sound of pursuit faded. Arowin then cut through a clearing to a river and rode Ace at a walk up it against the flow of the water heading North to the lumberjack cottages.

The Huntsman waved back to Arrowin, smiling. He was behind Finnick so the other man didn't see his wave. Once she was out of sight he slowed his horse to a walk and got serious again. Finnick was muttering curses and pulling leaves off the branches. "How could one girl be so hard to catch?!" he shouted. "How could she make fools of us? Nobody is ever able to get away from me! I'm the best warrior for hire there is! I'm stealthy and fast and cunning and good with weapons! She's just a girl! And untrained wild woman!" The Huntsman just rolled his eyes and sighed. "We're just tired. We'll get her next time." he said, even though he doubted they would. He would make sure they didn't. "Yes, yes we will!" Finnick agreed, starting to calm down.

Arowin left the river after a while figuring that it would be pretty hard to follow her track now and set off the long ride to the cottage where she was sure Em and Frank would be waiting. After a few hours of riding she eventually reached the cottage after nearly falling asleep many times on the way there. She didn't see Em or Frank but figured they would arrive soon so she tied up Ace outside and went inside and soon fell asleep. Tonight she planned on riding out again and giving Finnick and the Huntsman a wild goose chase again.
