Ravenkit looked up at her deep blue eyes and nodded dropping two more drops glittering on her paws next to the last. They joined together and rolled off her paw to collect in a drop of water from the moss. (Three raging dusks blow the fire into the heart of a new truth.)

Ravenkit lapped up the blood on her chin.
