Axel rose his hackles warningly. "back off," he hissed, his silver eyes darkening and landing on her coldly. "I want to be left alone. Stop following me."

Rain cowered down and whimpered, "I'm sorry!"

Axel sighed and plopped his haunches down, tail flicking slightly as sympathy came over him. "Sorry," he said simply, looking away as if he was embarrassed that he said that.

Rain looked down, "its fine." She turned, "You can go, it's ok."

Axel simply sat there, flicking his tail and looking up at the sky. It was sort of dark, but it was early in the afternoon.

Axel got up, dark fur bristling as he shook his head. "It's pretty obvious," he snapped, forcing himself to calm down. "Sorry. Just when I say to leave me alone, that means stop following me," he grumbled, turning and looking at his paws.
