Storm pressed his ears against his face and watched the others make their way to their dens, happy as could be....well most of them. "She's gone, i'll never see her again" he said to himself, that only made him cry harder. He couldn't believe what was happening to him.

Ayame dreamed about the pups she was almost sure were on the way. She hoped one was like Eyolf.

The night flew by quickly and everyone got a good night's sleep, all except for Storm, who had been crying for most of the night. When morning showed itself Storm opened his eyes quickly, hoping that Sun would be at his side. When there was nothing except air that surrounded him another tear escaped his eye but he didn't start sobbing. Instead he stood, streched himself, and left the comfort of the den to find some food and water. He had no intentions for leaving.

Rogue woke up and went to the stream to get a drink of water.As she lapped up water,she spotted Storm out of the corner of her eye.She continued to watch him until she felt woozy and bug-eyed.

Storm watched Rogue, she did the same to him. He thought to himself, "Gosh, all this tension over me being here." Once he finished lapping up his share of water he approached Rogue slowly.

Rogue finishing drinking the water and watched Storm walk toward her.She swished her tail as he slowly approached.

Storm soon was standing face to face with Rogue. He asked her kindly, "So, why did everyone make such a big deal out of my arrival, i"m not that awesome."

Rogue twitched her ear."I don't know.Perhaps because we're not used to loners on our territory."

"Loner, Ha!!! I'm not a loner dear, i'm a lone free ranger, or roamer." Storm replied in a confident voice.

[spiff]

Rogue blinked."Lone free ranger,roamer,loner.Same things to this pack."
