Chibis (The noodley dragons X3) Have any designs you want. They just dont have wings. When designing them your imagination is the limit

Elder Dragons have a bit more restrictions. Each design about them (not the tiny lines of course but the main features that describe them) Has a certain meaning. For an example look at Kifo on the first page. Elder dragons do need bids though. highest bid gets that dragon

But yes. you can make as many dragons as youd like ^^
